  Student Review Section

Each student is physiologically and anatomically different. Ed Parker strove to create a system that fit the art to the individual, not make the student fit the martial art, knowing the importance of tailoring concepts and principles to the needs of individuals. Tailoring is used in a variety of ways; tailoring your moves as an individual, tailoring your moves to your opponent, and to each changing situation. While learning the self defense techniques, you will become aware of how American Kenpo proportionately maximizes your force and effectiveness.

This section was developed to provide our students with a compliation of information from Mr. Ed Parker. The information contained within these sections are not owned by  MG Kenpo Academy. The system known as Ed parkers American kenpo was created by Mr. Ed Parker Sr.with the assistance of countless kenpo students, around the world, over a period of years.

The Parker system of Kenpo is one of the most sophisticated Martial art styles in the world which means that with the amount of study material out there, it can be very overwelming to learn.

I hope this section will help aid each and every single one of you with the information that you are searching for.

...now, on to the mats!

Salute,

Maurice A. Gomez Sr.
Chief Instructor
